Coming Soon to Your DMS: Vehicle Management

The next module coming soon to Autosoft’s next generation DMS will be the brand new used-vehicle module, Vehicle Management. Coming in 2017, Vehicle Management will include features such as:

Vehicle Appraisal—Determine the value of incoming inventory using information from leading vehicle book providers (such as Kelley Blue Book, Black Book, NADA Used Car Value, etc.), and save an appraisal to the vehicle in your dealer management system for easy recall.
Batch Vehicle Bookout—See which vehicles are under or above water on this batch report for your entire used vehicle inventory and even change pricing.
Vehicle History Reports—Get vehicle history reports such as CarFax and AutoCheck for your used vehicle inventory.
Appraisal Notifications—Set up notifications for your new and used vehicle managers to be alerted when an appraisal is created, when a trade-in vehicle is added to a deal (to signal the need for an appraisal), and when an appraisal has been completed.

With the new Vehicle Management, your profit and risk will be easier to monitor and control than ever before, and all your used vehicle information will be available right there in your dealer management system.
