Working in a remote-first environment can make building company culture a bit challenging, but Autosoft excels through various initiatives. After 18 years with my previous company I was asked to relocate, however I didn’t want to uproot my young family so I made the difficult decision to accept a severance package and begin looking for a new position somewhere else.
