New in 2018: FREE On-Demand Webinars Right From Your Help Center

We’ve been listening to your feedback! Many of you asked to be able to attend our free webinars at a day and time more convenient for you, so we’ve changed our webinar format to offer on-demand webinars that you can access any time.

See which on-demand webinars are currently available by visiting your help center’s Video Learning page. You’ll see Webinars – On Demand labeled at the top-left of the page. You can join and attend whenever it’s best for you.

Joining Is Easy!

Step 1. Click the Video Learning box on the Help Center main page to go to
the Video Learning page.

Step 2. Click the title of the webinar you want to attend from the Webinars – On Demand section.

Step 3. Click the webinar image on the next page.

Step 4. Fill out the registration form and click Join Webinar in Progress to start the webinar. (It will start automatically.)
