Please review these SMS Terms & Conditions before using this Site, as they comprise a legally binding agreement between you (“You”, “your”) and Autosoft governing, and represent the entire understanding between you and Autosoft regarding, your use of the Site.
These SMS Terms & Conditions expressly incorporate by reference and include Autosoft’s Privacy Policy (which may be accessed by the link at the bottom of the page) and any guidelines, rules, or disclaimers that may be posted and updated on specific webpages or on notices that are sent to you. By accessing or using the Site, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this Site.

SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1- SMS Consent Communication
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will never be shared or sold to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
2- Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Autosoft, you may receive messages related to the following: billing reminders, billing inquiries, follow-up messages, support cases, software releases, system updates, upcoming events, etc.
Example: “Hello, this is Autosoft Support informing you that your issue pertaining to case #12345 has been resolved. If you have additional questions or need continued support, you may reply to this message. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Autosoft at any time.”
3- Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to your account.
4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5- Opt-In Method
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Autosoft by checking the SMS box on specific forms when completing a paper or online form. If the form does not have an option to opt-in to SMS messaging, then your supplied phone number will NOT be opted in. You may also opt-in to receive system update SMS messages via verbal agreement from a member of our Support team.
6- Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
7- Help
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at Autosoft Support.
Additional Options
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
