Introduce us to another dealership and we’ll show them how Autosoft makes a larger impact on their business. After they install Autosoft, we’ll give you a free month of your DMS.*
Simply fill out the referral form and we’ll take care of the rest.
Terms & Conditions:
These rules apply to the Autosoft Referral Program (“Program”). By referring a dealership, the referring customer agrees to be bound by these rules.
The Program is available to only current Autosoft DMS customers who refer a dealership that is not a current or recent Autosoft DMS customer. The Program is available online only at: www.autosoftdms.com/referral. Current Autosoft DMS customers who initiate a referral on www.autosoftdms.com/referral are defined as “Referrers.” Non-customers who are referred by the Referrer are defined as “Referrals.” Autosoft reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Program at any time.
Program Participation and Eligibility
The Program is available only for individuals employed at a Dealership where Autosoft DMS is installed. To make referrals, the Referrer must:
Provide us with the Referral’s name, dealership, and phone number online at autosoftdms.com/referral;
Provide us with Referrals who have not begun the Autosoft sales cycle process as determined by the local Autosoft sales representative;
Provide us with Referrals who have not signed an Autosoft DMS contract within the last year;
Provide us with Referrals who have decision-making authority or influence on the final decision;
Not provide us with a Referral from their same dealership/ownership group; and,
Be an individual person of the age of majority in the state or jurisdiction where you are a resident at the time of participation.
For the Referrer to receive the Program award of a one free month, the Referral must:
Sign an Autosoft DMS contract within twelve (12) months of the Referrer’s online submission on autosoftdms.com/referral; and
Keep Autosoft DMS installed for at least three (3) months.
Reward Redemption
Eligible Referrers will be awarded one free month for their DMS after eligible Referrals have been installed on Autosoft DMS for three (3) months. Program rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit.
Additional Rules
In the event that two different Referrers submit the same dealership as a Referral, only the dealership that completes the referral form first will be eligible for the reward. Referrers can submit an unlimited amount of referrals.
Void Where Prohibited: This Program is void where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to not award a Referrer from the Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Program.
