WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa., October 2, 2018 – Autosoft, a leading dealer management system provider, received the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Honors from the American Psychological Association (APA) in 2018. This honor recognizes workplaces that practice and promote employee well-being and positive organizational outcomes.

The APA considers five categories for the honors: employee involvement, health and safety, employee growth and development, work-life balance, and employee recognition.

Autosoft has created a healthy workplace environment by promoting healthy lifestyle and behavior choices that start at work. They offer many perks in the office, like free healthy snacks, lunch and learn sessions, and onsite massages. Autosoft also holds an annual health fair where employees get free flu shots and wellness screenings, investing tips, healthy giveaways, and fun stress relief with a petting zoo set up for the event.

The APA recognized 23 employers in 2018, including nonprofit, for-profit, and governmental institutions of all sizes across the United States and Canada.

Established in 1999, these APA honors have been celebrating psychologically healthy workplaces for almost two decades. More than 700 organizations have been recognized.

Autosoft will be eligible for the APA’s highest workplace recognition, the Psychologically Healthy Work Award, which will be announced in March of 2019.
