Software company in Pennsylvania receives four awards in 2016, is finalist for fifth
WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa., August 18, 2016 – Autosoft, a dealer management system provider, announced that the Pittsburgh Technology Council has named it a Tech 50 Awards Finalist in the Culture Leader of the Year category.
Since 1997, the Pittsburgh Technology Council’s annual Tech 50 Awards have recognized southwestern Pennsylvania’s most successful, innovative, and thought-leading technology companies, which have become the backbone of Pittsburgh’s new economy.
The awards represent transformative technology centers of excellence with tech companies at all stages of growth. Tech 50 also recognizes the region’s top tech executive.
“Each year, the Council canvasses the region for the most distinguished public and private technology-oriented companies, and the Tech 50 Awards honor those companies that demonstrated the strongest growth and advancement in product or sales success, financial strength, corporate citizenship, job growth and retention, and innovative product or technology,” said Audrey Russo, President and CEO, Pittsburgh Technology Council. “We are especially excited to announce the category winners at the awards gala this fall. This is the Pittsburgh Technology Council’s 20th year celebrating the industry with Tech 50. It is truly a night to honor our region’s technology companies and the contributions they have made to our economic vitality.”
“It’s an honor to be a finalist for the Culture Leader of the Year award. Our employees are essential to the continued success of our customers and we seek to nurture an environment where our employees can thrive,” said Autosoft President and CEO, Bryce Veon. “To promote a thriving culture, we’ve incorporated programs such as an online employee satisfaction tool that gives us actionable tips to help create a better workplace. We’ve also introduced paid volunteer time off during the workday to give everyone more time to help our local communities. Every day, we strive to create a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere that optimizes productivity, enjoyment, and performance.”
This year, Autosoft has already received four awards, including the 44th Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania award, a Healthiest Employer of Western Pennsylvania award, an American Heart Association Platinum-Level Fit-Friendly Worksite award, and the Highest Rated DMS award from the DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Awards.
Tech 50 winners will be announced on November 3, 2016, at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh.
