Autosoft Named 8th Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania

Automotive software company receives nine awards in 2017

WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa., January 10, 2018 – Autosoft, Inc., a leading national dealer management system (DMS) provider, has been named the 8th Best Place to Work in PA in 2017 for the medium-sized company category. Autosoft has been honored as one of the top 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for the past four years and has steadily moved up the list each year.

This award was provided by Team Pennsylvania Foundation in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal. For the past 18 years, this program has identified, recognized, and honored those companies who have made their employees a priority.

To be awarded this honor from Best Places to Work in PA, Autosoft was required to go through a six-month process analyzing their workplace policies, demographics, practices, and systems. Additionally, their employees were encouraged to take a detailed employee survey designed to measure their work environment, job satisfaction, and culture. That data was gathered, analyzed, and combined to determine the final ranking.

Autosoft has been recognized for eight other achievements in 2017.
