Software company driven by philosophy that employees are its most valuable asset
WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa., Feb. 24, 2016 – Autosoft, Inc., an innovative software and services company in the automotive retail industry, is proud to announce its selection as one of the top 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for the second consecutive year. Autosoft was ranked 44th in the small-to-medium-sized company category.
“We’re proud to receive this recognition again,” says Autosoft’s President and CEO, Bryce Veon. “People are our most valuable asset, and if they’re happy, they’ll work hard and foster a culture of innovation that drives the future success of our company. We do our best daily to make Autosoft a place our employees are proud to work.”
The award, presented by the Central Penn Business Journal and program partners, including Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and the Pennsylvania State Council of SHRM, identifies and honors the best employers in Pennsylvania, all of whom benefit the state’s workforce and, on a larger scale, its economy. Created in 2000, this awards program is one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the country.
Autosoft has more than doubled in size over a three-year period. To accomplish that growth, the company has focused on developing a workplace and policies that attract the best talent. Autosoft’s software developers and support staff are encouraged to grow professionally by taking on challenges and responsibilities, and are afforded the freedom to make mistakes, even fail, in the pursuit of learning and creating products that provide automotive dealers with powerful software capable of running every department of their dealership.
“The result is rarely failure,” says Veon. “Instead, Autosoft’s various teams are always outdoing themselves, working collaboratively to help the company, and each other, reach some lofty goals.”
The theme of this year’s 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania awards ceremony is “Work Hard Play Hard.” Autosoft’s company culture is built around the same principle. The company and its various committees, dedicated to wellness, fun, and community support, organize and facilitate a wide array of entertainment, learning, and volunteer opportunities to ensure that Autosoft’s employees are engaged with each other and the community, enjoy their time at the office, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
