Autosoft Announces Integration With Mitchell 1’s ProDemand

Integration provides seamless connection between Autosoft’s Dealer Management System and ProDemand’s repair estimation software for automotive retailers

WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa., Sept. 27, 2017 – Autosoft, Inc., a leading national dealer management system (DMS) provider, announced that Mitchell 1’s ProDemand solution now integrates with Autosoft’s DMS.

ProDemand offers a powerful car repair estimator to help dealerships write accurate and quick estimates. Diagnosing is easier, too, with information from hundreds of millions of actual repairs for specific vehicles. From those repairs, dealerships can see what other expert technicians have used to solve the same problem, including the most common components to be replaced for a specific diagnostic trouble code or symptom and the most common repairs that fixed the problem.

When dealerships are ready to start the repair, they have access to the OEM specifications and procedures. They can also tap into a community of expert technicians to ask a question and receive an answer based on those technicians’ actual experiences. ProDemand is also optimized for mobile devices, so dealers can use the system on the shop floor and easily access all the information they need.
