Terms & Conditions
Autosoft, Inc., is an authorized reseller and distributor of the Intellectual Property of the Laser Form(s) Provider. All rights to the Laser Form(s) such as Copyrights and Trademarks remain the sole and exclusive property rights of form provider.
The Copyright holder charges fees to print their forms. The Dealer (you) will be charged the fee listed with the Laser Form(s) in the Addendum section of this agreement. Autosoft Inc. will collect from the Dealer on a monthly basis and pay the Copyright holder for the Dealers’ usage.
All of the terms and conditions of Autosoft Inc. Software License, Order, and Sales Agreement, as well as the Autosoft Inc. Software License and Service Agreement, previously agreed to by the above Dealer, shall remain in effect and are in no part superseded by any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement
The Dealership agrees with the terms and conditions as stated above from Autosoft Inc., (ASI), a Pennsylvania company located at 61 Executive Court, West Middlesex PA.
The Dealership assumes responsibility for payment. All sales are final. All Fees quoted herein are plus any applicable taxes.
