Interview Attire

Congratulations on making it through the screening process to the in-person interview!  Consider yourself part of an elite group of individuals, as only 3-5% of all candidates make it to a face-to-face meeting.

As you prepare for your interview with us, keep in mind these two tips on how to dress for success at Autosoft.

First, culture is king here. We have a “no suit, no tie” atmosphere, so a pair of khakis and a dress shirt are appropriate for men, as are slacks and a dress shirt for women.

Second, grooming is just as important as how you dress.  Most interviewers will tell you that the decision to hire happens mentally within the first 10 to 15 minutes of an interview.  A haircut and properly pressed attire are both musts.  First impressions mean everything.
