Autosoft, the All-Time Most Recommended DMS, Also Received Sales and Customer Service, Healthy Workplace, and Wellness Awards in 2018
WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa.—March 6, 2019—Autosoft, Inc., a leading national automotive dealer SaaS platform provider, known for its Dealer Management System (DMS), has been named as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania in the medium-sized company category by Team Pennsylvania. This is the fifth year running that Autosoft has been recognized for this honor.
This year’s top 100 list represents only 27 winners in the medium-sized company category, 44 winners in small-sized, and 29 winners in large-sized. “There is no better asset in Pennsylvania than our workforce,” said Ryan C. Unger, President and CEO of Team Pennsylvania. “We need to highlight that. Talk about that. And showcase that.”
To be considered as a Best Place to Work, Autosoft participated in a rigorous six-month process that involved an analysis of its workplace policies, demographics, health and wellness benefits, practices, and systems. A very important part of this process are the survey results completed by company employees designed to measure work environment, job satisfaction, and culture.
“Our legacy at Autosoft is based on the fundamental idea that we truly care about our people and the success of our business,” reflects Bryce Veon, Autosoft President and CEO, “and we work to deliver on that idea from within by giving our employees the tools to succeed.”
He continues, “I am proud and humbled for us to receive this recognition for the fifth year in a row. It tells us that our people feel valued and that this is a healthy, enjoyable place to work, one that offers opportunities for continued growth and development.”
Among the many benefits of working at the 12th ranked company on this year’s list, are paid time off for volunteer work, tuition reimbursement, and a company matched 401k. And, Autosoft offers some unique benefits, too, like peer-to-peer bonuses and pet insurance. Health and wellness initiatives are paramount and it is evidenced by health fairs and wellness activities that generate monetary contributions to employee HSA accounts.
Veon concludes, “I want each of our employees to know they have a voice in Autosoft’s continuous improvement.” This is made possible by Officevibe, an anonymous feedback system where anyone can offer up suggestions on ways to make the company better for its customers, and an even better place to work. In addition, regular breakfasts are held with employees to allow them the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback directly with leadership providing open communication throughout the company.
Autosoft has also been recognized in 2018 as a Stevie® Award recipient for excellence in sales and customer service, a Psychologically Healthy Workplace Honors recipient from the American Psychological Association, a national Best and Brightest® in Wellness by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), and the All-Time Most Recommended DMS by DrivingSales.
